Coconut Wax

Our candles are made from natural coconut wax — pure, gentle oils extracted from coconut pulp and transformed into a creamy, harmoniously burning wax.

The hydrogenation process makes this oil firm and environmentally friendly, allowing the candle to burn longer, cleaner, and reveal scents just as nature intended.

RAMMA ART COCONUT WAX NATURAL SUSTAINABLE

Hydrogenation is a process in which hydrogen is added to oil to make it firmer and more stable.

What happens during hydrogenation?

  • Natural vegetable oil (for example, coconut oil) is liquid.
  • During the process, hydrogen molecules are added to it.
  • This makes the oil solid or semi-solid — exactly what is needed for candle wax.

Why is it done?

  • So the oil doesn't melt too quickly.
  • So it is stable and burns evenly.
  • So candles look aesthetic and don't remain liquid at room temperature.

Hydrogenation = liquid oil → gentle, creamy wax, perfectly suited for candle making.

  • Coconut wax is a 100% natural blend containing coconut wax with natural additives that improve burning and scent throw.
  • This wax does not contain genetically modified ingredients, soy, palm, or paraffin products.
  • The wax is biodegradable and suitable for vegans.
  • Eco Coco coconut wax ensures excellent hot and cold scent throw, a bright white color characteristic of coconut wax, and a smooth surface finish.

Why is it better than other waxes?

• Burns cleaner, almost without soot

• Burns longer, thanks to a lower melting point

• Provides a natural, gentle scent throw

• Is more environmentally friendly than paraffin and many vegetable blends

• Has a creamy, aesthetic texture that creates a premium feel

Candle usage safety rules.

  • It is recommended to burn the candle for up to 3 hours the first time to create a wax pool. This way, the candle will burn more evenly.
  • The recommended wick length for the candle is no more than 1 cm.
  • Do not place candles near fabric, curtains, bedding, furniture, paper, or flammable decorations.
  • It is recommended to place the candle on a smooth and flat surface.
  • It is not recommended to burn the candle for more than 4 hours to avoid overheating the container and the risk of cracking.

Did you know that ...

💥It is recommended to burn the candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface; for shaped or figure candles, always use a tray, candle holder, or glass container.

💥 When burning the candle for the first time, let it burn until the entire surface is melted. This will help avoid the formation of a narrow tunnel and extend the candle's burn time.

💥 Always trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting to avoid smoking and container damage.

💥 During use, the container may become hot.

💥 Do not burn  the candle for more than 3 hours.

💥 It is recommended to extinguish the candle when there is 5 mm of wax left at the bottom of the container.

💥 If a tunnel has formed, wrap the container with foil, leaving the top open, light the candle, and keep the foil on until the wax has melted to the edges. After that, the candle will burn correctly.

💥 Wax from shaped or figure candles that has dripped and hardened in the candle container can be melted in an aroma lamp, thus using all the wax.

Please do not leave burning candles unattended! Follow the instructions shown in the pictograms below!
