Terms

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a provision is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

Distance contract 

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA RAMMA ART  Reg. no. 40203304550  Legal address "Grāvraci", Mežotne parish, Bauska district, LV-3918, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

Seller  undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 3-7 days after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer. The goods are delivered in cooperation with Omniva, and in Mežotne and Bauska city, delivery will be carried out by RAMMA ART by separate agreement.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.

You can exchange your purchase for another product at the same price or request a refund. The returned or exchanged goods must be in the same condition, i.e., in the original packaging and with undetached labels.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.

Section 12, part six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in case the goods are damaged, have been carelessly handled during use, or the instructions have not been followed, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

 In the message, indicate the detected defect, order number, and attach a photo showing the defect. After reviewing the message, we will refund your purchase or send a new product free of charge.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can process the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
